Membership Options

Garden Hard Club is a semi-private personal training studio. We offer a limited amount of memberships to ensure our members receive the dedicated care, accountability and attention they need to reach their goals.

Become a Member

Our semi-private sessions allows you to train alongside no more than three other people at at time. The sessions are designed to work your whole body with options available for every fitness level and ability.

 

Member Benefits:

  • Book your time slots each week and keep them. Building a routine around your fitness is the best way to succeed.

  • Train with the same coach session after session. The more we work together the better understanding I have of your lifestyle, your motivations and your physical capabilities meaning a clearer path to achieving your health and fitness goals.

  • Injuries? Aches? Low energy? I can tailor each session to suit you depending on how you are feeling on the day

  • All members receive FREE recovery drinks with the membership price

  • Members receive special early access to book into health and fitness related workshops we run at the gym. 

Depending on your fitness goals we will tailor a plan and recommended number of sessions each week to suit you and your lifestyle.

Personal Training Sessions

We also offer Personal Training options. You can train by yourself or share your sessions with a friend or family member.

We offer 30-minute sessions or 60-minute sessions.
